Ashley Trapp

Ashley Trapp is a Miami, Florida native who founded Trapp Accounting while attending the University of Miami’s Masters in Business Administration Program in 2010. While working towards her MBA, she began helping a friend organize the finances for her business and realized immediately her niche in the accounting field. Before attending UM, she received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2006 and went on to gain experience working with the Miami Heat. While working for the Miami Heat, she was able to gain understanding of how an accounting department operated on a large scale, which has been an integral part of her success in organizing businesses on a smaller scale. Over the last 7+ years of working closely with her clients, she has gained financial organization experience in many different varieties of industries for numerious types of companies.

Trisha Mesa

Trisha Mesa, a partner with Trapp Accounting since 2015, is also a native of Miami, Florida. She attended the University of Miami, where she graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s in Business Administration concentrating on Accounting. She began working at a real estate development company immediately thereafter where she gained accounting & private wealth management experience during her 9+ years working closely with the CEO. After leaving the Miami area, she began working at a large CPA firm as a Staff Accountant where she received invaluable training in the tax accounting industry. Due to her 13 years experience in the corporate accounting field, her contribution as a partner with Trapp Accounting has provided our company with higher achievements and successes with our clientele.
